My research interests include wireless communications (6G and beyond), machine learning, cross-layer network optimization, signal processing, and context-aware networks with an emphasis on new technologies such as connected and autonomous vehicles, wireless extended reality, and industrial IoT.

1. CNS 1941348, “CRII: NeTS: Towards Joint Mobile Broadband and Ultra-Reliable Low-Latency Communications for Connected Autonomous Vehicles”, $197,511 (including REU supplements), 08/19-04/21. The intellectual merit is to develop new physical and MAC layer designs for joint communications over mmWave and sub-6 GHz frequencies. The broader impacts include involving students in research and testbed development, as well as outreach events for underserved students at local schools. 2.
