Welcome to my home page

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and hold a secondary faculty position in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine | Anschutz Medical Campus .

My research interests are in the following areas:

Specifically, I focus on the research projects such as genome 3D structure prediction, chromosome and genome features extraction, and the application of machine learning algorithms to biological datasets. My work featured on the COMMUNIQUE: UCCS official news publication
